In the course of the sitting it was declared that the bill (Reg. No.5073) is aimed at the increase of the finance provision rate of the orphans and children deprived of the parental care, improvement of their finance position, education rate, formation of the necessary conditions of the social adaptation through the opening of special deposits, accumulation of the funds on them and their purpose use.
The People´s Deputies emphasised that the implementation of the deposit system and allotment of certain funds by the state in favor of the orphans and children deprived of the parental care do not contradict the standards, common ideas of children protection and support of the children from unprotected population layers.
Though, the Committee members emphasised that the issue on the allocation and implementation of the indicated type of the finance assistance are regulated on the level of the national legislation of the relevant state.
